GNATEPE DROP works on a dropshipping model: we don’t keep products in stock; our suppliers in China ship them straight to your address. That’s how we keep prices close to factory prices. Here is what happens, step by step.
- You order from the shop. The price shown is the price you pay; shipping costs are shown before payment. Europe: VAT and duties included, nothing to pay on delivery. United States: duties included, nothing to pay on delivery.
- You pay in euros or US dollars by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You get a confirmation email right away.
- We place the order with the supplier within 1–2 business days. For large or unusual orders, we may contact you first to check the details.
- The supplier packs and ships your parcel. As soon as the carrier assigns a tracking number, we email it to you.
- You track your parcel on the Track my order page. Tracking can take a few days to activate with the carrier.
- You receive your order, usually within 8–15 business days in Europe and 7–14 business days in North America. You then have 14 days to withdraw if you change your mind.
Why does delivery take longer than from a local store?
Each parcel travels from China: packing at the supplier, international transport, customs clearance, then delivery by a carrier in your country. We show realistic delivery times rather than promises we can’t keep, on every product page and at checkout.
