Order stages
- Processing: payment received, we are placing the order with the supplier (within 1–2 business days).
- Sent to supplier: the supplier is packing your parcel.
- Shipped: you receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier’s link.
- Delivered: the carrier has delivered your parcel. Your 14-day withdrawal period starts.
Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to activate after shipping, and some stages (international transport, customs) may show no update for several days: this is normal. Any doubt? Contact us.
