What the quote includes

Is the quote free?
Yes, quotes are free and with no obligation.
Can I withdraw after ordering?
Yes, if you are a consumer: the 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to products bought specially for you, unless they are made to your specifications or clearly personalised (logo, custom dimensions…). The quote says so. See Returns and refunds.
Which products do you refuse?
Counterfeits and brand copies, products that are banned or don’t meet the safety rules of the destination country (for example without CE marking where required), and items excluded from air transport (some batteries, flammable liquids, aerosols…) unless a suitable shipping option exists.
Can you inspect the goods before shipping?
For bulk orders, ask in your message: the quote will say whether an inspection (photos, count, appearance) is possible and at what cost.
I’m a business: who clears customs?
For bulk business shipments, the quote states who the importer is and who pays import duties and VAT. To resell in the European Union, products need an economic operator established in the EU (General Product Safety Regulation): let’s discuss it before you order.
